Why is the map not finding my address?
Make sure that all parts of the address are spelled correctly. If you are having trouble mapping an address here, try going to the white pages and looking for the person or business there.
Why can't I see all residential addresses on maps?
To protect the privacy of clients, we respect their wishes to keep their address non-published. If you try and look up their address off of their listing, we will notify you of their privacy request.
What do I do to stop others from seeing my address on the map?
If you have already indicated to your phone service provider that you have an unlisted or non-published address and find that you are listed on BananaPages.com, or if you wish to have your listing removed from the site, fill out the Change/Update Address Form. Please allow three to five business days for your request to be processed.
When can I use Store Locator?
Store Locator is to be used for business searches. You can use it to find multiple locations for one store, or multiple stores under a specific keyword.
I don't want my residential information published. What do I need to do to remove it from your site?
To update your public or published information, see the Change/Update Published Info form or access it from your listing by clicking on the update button.
I can't find the residential listing I want. What should I do?
Your search may be too narrow. Try a wider research by entering less information or choose Browse by Listing. You may also want to try selecting a larger search area, see change location.
