Location Preference Choices
BananaPages.com's preferences allows you to choose the search you want:
- Show Primary Location
- Show Primary Location and Surrounding Area
- Show Metro Location
- Show County Location
- Query Results
BananaPages.com is dedicated to a good user experience in all aspects of the site. By adding customizing access to residential data, BananaPages.com allows users to personalize their experience.
Show Primary Location
Choose a Neighborhood or City and view those results only. By choosing this option, you can limit your search to the area nearest to you or the places you like to go.Much like the Banana Pages books of the past, listings are grouped based off of neighborhoods, giving a search that is nearest to your favorite places.
Show Primary Location and Surrounding Area
Choose a Neighborhood or City and view those results and surrounding area results. This option allows you to expand the area you search in from a specific neigborhood as well as the closest zip codes to it.Not finding all listings under the primary location? Try using the Primary Location and Surrounding Area option in the preferences.
Show Metro Location
View City-wide results based off your input. In a larger community, this option allows you to see the whole metro area.Show County Location
View County-wide results based off your input. County-wide results allow you to expand the search area to a large area.Query Results
This option allows you to choose the location based off your input. It is the default search option for BananaPages.com. This search populates possible search options while you type in a request. The possible search options come from the database and will only show if the option is availiable.
